A Case Study on Maintenance Reliability

During the summer of 2018, an intern from the University of Tennessee partnered with Fluke Accelix, a connected reliability framework, to establish the reliability program for the University's maintenance program. The plan was created on the foundation that bringing wireless portable tools, fixed sensors, and an asset management system together would provide a system that would deliver maximized uptime and extended life of their equipment. 

Over the course of the summer, the installed mechanical, electrical, and power monitoring tools provided actionable data that when combined with a computer maintenance management system allowed the maintenance team to monitor and make better repair and replace decisions on their equipment. This webinar will explain the overall plan, the hardware and software tools used, the implementation plan, and the results.
